COMPETING MODELS

CAR BODIES
1. AFTERMARKET BODIES ALLOWED 2011-2018
2. HOOD MUST FIT TO WINDSHIELD
3. ALL CARS MUST BE PAINTED AND LETTERED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
4. FRONT WINDSHIELD MUST BE LEXAN OR PLEXIGLASS MAY BE INSTALLED IN REAR QUARTER WINDOWS. MAXIMUM 10” ON VENT WINDOWS
5. ROCKER PANELS MAY BE FABRICATED
6. REAR SPOILER 5” MAX HEIGHT AND 60” MAX WIDTH.
7. WRECKER HOOKUPS FRONT AND REAR.
8. ALL BODIES MUST BE APPROVED BY FLORENCE MOTOR SPEEDWAY.
9. SPEEDWAY APPROVED WINDOW NET MUST BE INSTALLED IN DRIVERS WINDOW

FRAME
1. FRAME RAILS 2”X 3” MINIMUM.
2. STOCK OEM FRONT SUB FRAME OR FABRICATED FRAME FRONT TO REAR
3. TUBING FRONT SUB- FRAME ALLOWED . LOWER CONTROL ARM MOUNTS MUST BE CENTERED
4. A STEEL FIREWALL MUST SEPARATE DRIVER FROM ENGINE AND FUEL CELL.
5. FLOORBOARDS MAY BE RAISED TO THE DRIVE SHAFT TUNNEL TO THE TOP OF THE BAR AND SEALED OFF

ROLL CAGE
1. FULL CAGE REQUIRED WITH 4 UPRIGHTS AND 4 TOP BARS MUST HAVE 4 BARS IN DRIVERS DOOR AND 4 BARS IN PASSENGER DOOR.
2. MAIN ROLL CAGE UPRIGHTS MUST BE ON TOP OF THE FRAME RAIL
3. ROLL CAGE MUST BE CONSTRUCTED WITH MINIMUM TUBING SIZE OF 1 ¾” OUTSIDE DIAMETER.
4. ALL TUBING MUST BE PADDED WITHIN REACH OF

FRONT SUSPENSION
1. SCREW JACKS MAY BE USED FRONT AND REAR

1. HOLLEY 2300 2BBL CARB MODEL #7448 (350) WITH A VENTURI SIZE OF 1 3/16”
2. HOLLEY 2300 2BBL CARB MODEL #4412 (500) WITH A VENTURI SIZE OF 1 ½”
3. NO POLISHING GRINDING OR DRILLING HOLES WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE BODY OF THE CARBURETOR
4. BOOSTERS MAY NOT BE ALTERED IN ANY MANNER INCLUDING SIZE, SHAPE, HEIGHT. NO BEVELS
5. VENTURI AREA MUST NOT BE ALTERED IN ANY MANNER. CASTING RING MUST NOT BE REMOVED
6. BASE PLATE MUST NOT BE ALTERED IN SHAPE OR SIZE
7. STOCK BUTTERFLIES MUST NOT BE THINNED OR TAPERED. IDLE HOLES MAY BE DRILLED IN BUTTERFLIES. SCREW ENDS MAY BE CUT EVEN WITH SHAFTS
8. THROTTLE SHAFT MUST REMAIN STANDARD AND MUST NOT BE CUT OR THINNED IN ANY MANNER
9. ANY ATTEMPT TO PULL OUTSIDE AIR THROUGH THE VENTURI IS NOT PERMITTED

5. ONLY 2 GASKETS. 1 PER SIDE MAXIMUM THICKNESS .065 WILL BE PERMITTED
6. NO ADJUSTABLE OR COATED SPACERS WILL BE PERMITTED. NO OTHER MODIFICATIONS PERMITTED
